A little about me and how I work.
I'm a Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years delivering enterprise-scale system transformations across supply chain, logistics, and finance. At UPS Supply Chain Solutions, I own the AI product strategy for Cheetah FMS — a pan-European fleet management platform operating across 9 countries for enterprise clients including medical device and pharmaceutical companies.
I specialize in bridging the gap between data science and business outcomes. I've built anomaly detection models into dispatcher workflows, turned gradient boosting outputs into plain-English alerts, and managed cross-functional AI pods spanning data engineers, UX designers, and operations leads. My north star is always the measurable outcome — breach incidents prevented, alert-to-action rates, invoice accuracy.
Before UPS, I led finance transformation at Wells Fargo, drove BI modernization at Genius Sports, and built ERP and data warehouse systems at UV Robots and Optum. I hold an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida.
